公安院校是向全国公安机关输送专业人才的主阵地,其特警专业学生毕业直接指向各特警队。由于这支队伍工作的特殊性,作为后备力量的特警专业学生在公安院校学习期间的警体训练尤为关键,而体能训练则位于所有训练项目中的重要位置。在实际教学中,思想意识、时间、场地等相关因素限制了特警专业体能训练的效果,因此,加强和改进特警专业学生的体能训练显得尤为重要。
