随着物流行业的快速蓬勃发展,市场对于物流管理专业特别是高等职业教育物流管理专业毕业生提出了更高的要求。同时,新一代的具有全新思维模式的90后大学生也进入校园。这些都对于专业建设、课堂教学方式和师资能力提出了新的要求。通过对调查问卷的结果进行分析,找出教学中存在的实际问题,旨在发现总结90后学生学习特点,并且就问卷显示的突出问题提出一些合理的改进措施。

With the booming development of logistics industry, the market pats forward higher requirements for the graduates of logistics management, especially the higher vocational education. At the same time, a new generation with new thinking mode, the college students after 90s, has come into the campus. All of these puts forward new requirements to the major construction, teaching methods and teaching ability. Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, we find out the actual problems existing in the teaching, aim to find and sum their study characteristic, and finally provide some reasonable improving measures to solve the prominent problems showed in the questionnaire.
