居家养老模式下的社区互助服务——以北京市石景山区南宫社区为例

The Mutual Service of Community in the Model of Aging at Home——Example as Nangong Community

我国是老年人口最多的国家,"未富先老"的特殊国情,使养老这个社会问题显得异常严峻。为解决此问题,适应老龄化的浪潮,我国正在推行一种以社区为依托的新型养老模式——社区居家养老。从我国国情入手进行分析,实地调研北京市石景山区南宫社区,分析居家养老服务对象的服务需求以及反映的问题,根据市情提出改善和提高社区居家养老服务工作的对策。

Our country is the country with the largest aged population. In the circumstances of＂Aged before wealthy＂,which causes severe social care problems of aging. For solving the problem and adapting the wave of aging,our country is introducing the new type of aging care based on communities,aging at home. This article,analyzing from aspect of situation of our country,by researching the example of Nan Gong community of Shi Jing Shan District and generalizing the service needs and reflections of whom aging at home,concludes the improvements and developments of carrying out the service of communities of aging at home based on the scenario.
