邓小平“三个面向”教育思想对地方高校改革与发展的启示——以四川文理学院为例

The Inspirations for the Reform and Development of Local Universities from Deng Xiaoping's Education Thought of "Three Facings"

"教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来"是邓小平教育思想的精髓和灵魂,同时也是我国教育事业发展的战略指导方针,对地方本科院校的改革与发展有着重要的理论指导意义。其中,"面向现代化"是地方高校改革与发展必须坚持的基本方向,"面向世界"是地方高校改革与发展必须树立的基本理念,"面向未来"是地方高校改革与发展必须遵循的基本原则。近年来,四川文理学院坚持以"三个面向"为指导,努力践行服务地方的办学职能,全面深化教育教学的综合改革,顶层设计学校发展的战略规划,有力地推动了学校的内涵建设和转型发展,取得了较为显著的办学成就。

The ＂three facings of education＂, namely, facing modernization, world and future, is not only the essence and soul of Deng Xiaoping ＇ s education thought but also the strategic guideline of education development in China, which naturally has important theoretical guidance significance for the reform and development of local universities. The facing modernization is the principal orientation, the facing world is the principal concept, and the facing future is the basic principle. In the past years, Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences has held the supervision of the ＂ three facings ＂, implemented the function to serve the locale,deepened the synthesized reform about teaching and education, and planned the development of the school from the top. All the measures and practices have effectively pushed forward the connotation construction and transformation development and made a brightening achievement.
