印刷实训教学借助PDCA管理模式能够更高效,即结合企业典型的PDCA管理模式,借用PDCA循环管理法完成实训中的各项任务,在每个项目中实行"计划、实施、检查、处理"的循环模式,以便使学生更好地掌握印刷技术,更高效地完成印刷实训教学工作,逐渐形成自觉对自己的任务作出计划、行动、自检和对错误及时处理的好习惯,从而更容易适应企业的模式。

by virtue of PDCA management model ,printing practical training can be more effi-cient ,that is to say various tasks in practice can be accomplished with PDCA cycle management method and combining the typical PDCA management mode in enterprises .By implementing＂Plan ,Do ,Check , Action＂cyclical pattern ,students could grasp the printing technology better ,and the printing practical teaching work is more efficiently accomplished .Good habit that abides by＂Plan ,Do ,Check ,Action＂cyclical management model when finishing their tasks is formed ,therefore ,it is easier to adapt to an en-terprise＇s model .
