Legal Nature of the Online Virtual Assets

随着网络游戏的普及,虚拟财产开始走入我们的视线,与虚拟财产相关的纠纷出现。尽管我国已经出台虚拟财产保护法等相关法规,但在虚拟财产法律性质的界定与保护方面的立法仍然滞后,对纠纷难以调整。从虚拟财产的性质入手,对可能出现的虚拟财产纠纷的解决方式进行探讨。

Along with the popularization of online games ,the virtual assets have been brought to our attention ,and the relevant disputes over the virtual assets have also appeared .Although our country has issued the relevant regulations ,such as the protective law of virtual assets ,we are still lagged for considering the definition of the virtual assets＇ legal nature and the legalization of the protective aspect , besides;the disputes are hard to be adjusted .The discussion shall be made on the solutions for the possi-bly appearing disputes over virtual assets based on the nature of the virtual assets .
