摘要
随着互联网/移动互联网发展,中国餐饮业也进入到O2O模式,2015年中国餐饮O2O市场规模进一步增长,上网搜索改变了餐饮消费行为模式,造就了服务经济的新常态。在这一转型过程中存在机遇,也暴露了诸多问题,需要予以探讨。
Along with the development of internet/mobile internet ,Chinese catering industry has also entered into the O2O model ,in 2015 ,the O2O market scale of Chinese catering has been further in-creased ,and the online searching has changed the catering consumption behavioral model ,and created the new normal of service economy .There are opportunities in the transformation process ,but it has al-so exposed many problems ,which shall be further discussed .
