吉首市城镇社区公共体育设施配置与利用研究

本文采用实地考察、访问等方法对吉首市城镇社区体育设施建设和利用现状进行调查,结果显示:吉首市城镇社区体育设施配置与市民活动开展产生了矛盾;吉首市政府有限资金、城镇社区空间与不断提高的设施规模与标准有一定的矛盾;吉首市公共体育器材统一设置与社区居民体育活动需求多样性有了矛盾等。通过对存在的一些问题提出一些建议:加强社区体育设施法治建设,完善体育设施配置;使市民参加体育运动有必备的硬件体检;发挥社区团体的宣传作用,提高市民自觉参与体育运动的良好意识;开发社区综合体育设施,对现有的体育场地设施进行多样化综合性开发。
