摘要
本文针对当前大学生实践与创新能力培养过程中的不足,从构建新型实践教学体系和整合师资和企业资源等方面探讨了具有可操作性的培养大学生实践能力和创新能力的实践途径。
In view of the current college students in the process of practice and innovation ability training, this article discuss the training ways and the practical plan in order to improve the practical ability and the innovation ability. These include building a new practice teaching system and the integration of teachers and enterprise resources.
