深冷处理是一种极具前景的(材料处理的)新工艺,不仅可以提高材料的使用寿命,而且成本较低、无污染,是符合21世纪先进制造业的发展潮流的一种绿色的制造技术。本文综述了深冷处理的机理、研究现状,简要分析了深冷处理在某煤机制造公司的应用前景,并对该技术在煤机制造领域的推行进行了展望。

Deep cryogenic treatment is a promising technology on material processing. It can improve the service life of materials, and the cost is lower. Deep cryogenic treatment is a green manufacturing technology which meet the development trend of modern manufacturing industry. This paper reviews the mechanism and research status of deep cryogenic treatment and briefly annlysises the application of deep cryogenic treatment in one mining machine manufacturing companyof northwest.
