摘要
对历史人物人格进行研究主要有内容分析、历史测量、心理传记三种研究方法。内容分析量化与质性研究并重,可对单个历史人物进行深入的量化研究。历史测量法对大量非凡历史人物进行量化研究,旨在把握人物内在人格共性。而心理传记则是以质性研究为主,意在对特定个体生命独特性的理解与把握。
Content analysis, historiometry and psychobiography are the three methods for the research on the personalities of historical figure.The combination of quantitative research and qualitative research for the content analysis can be used for the in-depth quantitative research on single historical figure. Historiometry being used for the quantitative research on a number of significant historical figures aims to learn the similarities of inner personalities of figures. However, the psychobiography centers on qualitative research with the aim of understanding and mastering the uniqueness of particular individual figure.
