肿瘤相关巨噬细胞抗肿瘤靶点探究
摘要
肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)在肿瘤细胞的发生、生长、侵袭和转移方面起到了重要作用,其功能特性类似M2型巨噬细胞。目前多项研究表明TAM与血液系统恶性肿瘤的临床表现及预后相关。基于TAM的促肿瘤作用,目前针对TAM的活化、招募、促血管生成活性、存活及基质重塑等方面设计的靶向治疗药物也进入了基础或临床试验。
