厚规格Q345B钻孔偏硬分析与改进

摘要 针对客户反馈试用50 mm Q345B钢板钻孔偏硬的问题,取样分析认为钢板带状组织严重、表面和心部硬度偏差大是直接原因。介绍实施的铸坯内部质量控制、轧制工艺优化、微合金化等攻关措施及其效果。 The serious zone structure and the big surface and center hardness deviations of steel plate were regarded as the direct reasons by sampling and analyzing against the difficult drilling problem of 50 mm Q345B steel plate which were fed back by customers. The brainstorm measures such as the internal quality control for the slabs, rolling process optimizations and microalloying as well as its effects were introduced.
