摘要
为了获得一种翼柱型装药的燃面推移过程,采用接触和非接触相结合的测量方式,获得了装药的全部尺寸,采用三维绘图法,依照平行层推移原理,重建了装药燃烧各时刻的三维模型,利用GAMBIT面积查询功能和Matlab统计程序,获得了装药燃面分数随燃去肉厚系数的变化规律。结果表明:发动机助推段燃面约为巡航段燃面的2倍,与发动机地面试车的推力变化规律相同,验证了逆向测量结果和燃面推移方法的准确性。
In order to obtain regression process of a wing-column grain's burning surface,the measurements of the grain were obtained by contact and non-contact reverse measure method,3-dimensional model series of the burning grain was developed by 3-dimensional drawing method and parallel offset theory. The curve of burning surface fraction vs. depth ratio of burnt out grain was obtained by area query function of GAMBIT software and Matlab statistic program. The result shows that the burning surface of boost stage is about two times of the cruising stage,which is similar to propulsion force changing regulation during firing test,and verifies the accuracy of the reverse measurement and burning surface regression method.
