摘要
设计了一种旋转滑盘阀式燃气流量调节阀并分析了其工作原理,建立了燃气流量调节系统工作过程中的动态数学模型,研究了系统的负调特性、频率特性与变参数特性,得出了系统增益与时间常数的影响因素,通过仿真对理论推导结果进行了验证。理论分析与仿真结果表明,该旋转滑盘阀式燃气流量调节系统能有效进行燃气流量调节,且是一个具有负调特性的非最小相位系统,为燃气流量调节系统性能的改进与提高提供了参考。
A rotary sliding discal valve of gas flow regulation was designed,and its working principle was studied. The working process' s dynamic mathematical model of the gas flow regulation system was established. The characteristics of negative regulation,frequency and variation parameters were analyzed,and the influencing factors of system gain and time-constant were obtained. Also,simulation was carried out to verify the theoretical derived results. Both of theoretical analysis and simulation present that the designed gas flow regulation system based on the rotary sliding discal valve can be effective on gas flow regulation,and it is also a non-minimum phase system. The conclusion provides a reference for improvement of gas flow regulation system.
