摘要
针对具有翼、舵等结构的大型复杂结构弹箭转动惯量测量中空气阻尼影响较大、竖直装卡不便等问题,提出了振复摆测量方法。利用刀口支撑和弹簧组成的振复摆机构,实现弹箭的卧式装卡,同时,使摆动轴线远离自身坐标轴线,通过减小迎风面积而减小空气阻尼。分析了该方法的测量原理和测量误差,对标准样件进行实测。数据表明,该方法减小了大型复杂结构弹箭转动惯量测量中空气阻尼的影响。
In view of issues such as great air damping influence and vertical clamping inconvenience on inertia moment measurement of large complex projectiles with wings or rudder,a measurement method of vibration pendulum was proposed. Projectile was horizontally clamped with the compound pendulum mechanism composed of knife-edge support and spring. At the same time,air damping wasreduced by making the swing axis away from its own axis line. The measurement theory and errors of the method were analyzed and the standard sample was measured. The results show that air damping effect on the process of measuring inertia moment of the projectiles with large size and complicated shape is reduced with the method.
