加拿大高校学生学习成果评价:理念和实现路径——基于安大略省6所院校的实践 被引量:32

Learning Outcomes Assessment in Canada Higher Education:Concept and Implementation—Based on the Experiences of 6 HEIs in Ontario

摘要 加拿大安大略省将高校学生学习成果评价作为高等教育质量保障改革的主要抓手,在省内高校中开展了大规模的成果评价实践。安大略省高等教育质量委员会以构建结果为导向的质量评价体系为目标,选择6所不同层次和类别的高校展开了学习成果评价试点。高校建立试点项目管理制度,采用课程、专业、学校逐层推进的方式,实施教、学、评一体化战略,开发专业化、技术化的评价工具,确定不同类型的学习成果内容进行评价。安大略省高校学生学习成果评价的发展趋势在于构建公认的学生学习成果内涵体系,开发可信有效的学生学习成果综合评价工具,完善学习成果评价的配套机制。 Students learning outcomes assessment acts as the game changer in Ontar- io higher education quality assurance field and a number of outcome assessment practices are being conducted. Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario has focused on the con- strnction of outcome-based quality assurance system and selected 6 different HEIs to make learning outcomes assessment pilot study. Pilot universities and colleges establish project management frameworks, determine the contents of learning outcomes and develop profes- sional and technical assessing tools. They adopt the way from curriculum and programe lev- el to HEI-wide outcomes assessment, and the strategy of integrating teaching, learning and assessing processes. The trends of students learning outcomes assessment are to build a widely-accepted learning outcomes concept system, to develop a reliable and comprehen- sive assessing tool and to perfect learning outcomes assessment supporting mechanism.
