气旋浮高效除油技术及其在电脱盐切水预处理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 原油电脱盐切水除油预处理是当前炼油行业普遍面临的一个技术难题。利用自主研发的BIPTCFU-Ⅲ-4型气旋浮含油污水处理样机(CFU)在中国石化沧州分公司首次进行了非常态下电脱盐切水除油预处理的现场试验研究。结果表明:入口含油浓度在7 632.8~10 658.0 mg/L之间波动时,单级CFU稳定运行时的除油率可达95%,两级CFU稳定运行时的除油率保持在95.6%~98.6%,CFU出水含油浓度可以稳定在131.8~263.5 mg/L之间,完全满足后续污水处理流程的进水要求,而且具有密闭运行、水力停留时间短等优势。气旋浮含油污水复合处理技术为电脱盐切水分级达标处理提供了一条切实可行的技术解决方案,值得进一步开展工程放大应用研究。 Deoil pre-treatment of electric desalting wastewater is a difficult technical problem for crude oil refining industry. The field tests of the electric desalting wastewater treatment under harsh conditions were conducted in SINOPEC Cangzhou Company using the independent RD BIPTCFU-Ⅲ-4 type cyclone-air flotation unit( CFU) for the first time. The field tests demonstrate that when the oil content in the wastewater fluctuates between 7 632. 8—10 658. 0 mg/L,the oil removal efficiency can reach 95% with single-stage CFU and 95. 6% —98. 6% with two-stage CFUs in series. The oil content at outlet can be controlled between 131. 8—263. 5 mg/L,and can meet the quality requirements of the following processes. The cyclone-air flotation technology also has some advantages such as enclosed operation,short hydraulic retention time. The technology can provide a feasible scheme for treating electric desalting wastewater,and the further exploration in engineering scale-up and application is necessary.
