摘要
通过优化色谱条件,建立了检测低硫汽油中含硫化合物类型分布的气相色谱-硫化学发光检测器(GC-SCD)的分析方法。该方法对硫化物的分析灵敏度高,硫的检出限达到0.05 mg/L。重复性考察结果表明,对于硫浓度分别为1,5,10 mg/L的汽油样品重复测定5次,重现性良好,相对标准偏差小于1%。在此基础上,分析了选择性加氢脱硫(RSDS)工艺和吸附脱硫(S Zorb)工艺产品汽油中含硫化合物的类型分布,并探讨了不同硫含量汽油中硫类型的分布规律。该方法可应用于不同来源的低硫汽油中各种硫化物类型分布的研究。
A high sensitivity method was established for determination of sulfur compounds in low-sulfur gasoline by gas chromatography-sulfur chemiluminescene detector( GC-SCD) based on the optimizing the chromatography external conditions. The detection limit of sulfur compound in gasoline reaches 0. 05 mg/L. The measurement was repeated 5 times for each gasoline samples with sulfur concentration of 1,5,and 10 mg/L,respectively. The results indicates that the relative standard deviation is 1%. The qualitative and quantitative analysis for sulfur compounds in low-sulfur gasoline from selective hydrodesulfurization( RSDS) process and S Zorb gasoline adsorption desulfurization process to investigate the distribution rules of S-compounds were conducted by GC-SCD. It is concluded that the methods can be applied to all kinds of gasoline from different sources.
