摘要
采用不同质量分数的聚乙烯醇溶液对碳纳米管纱线进行涂层处理。研究了碳纳米管原纱及其涂层纱线的外观、力学性能和导电性,并通过测试其拉伸状态下的电阻变化,探讨原纱和涂层纱线的应变传感性。结果表明,涂层纱线较原纱表面光洁,其中采用5%聚乙烯醇溶液的涂层碳纳米管纱线综合性能最好,断裂强度比原纱提高了30%,耐磨时间是原纱的两倍多,应变传感系数为3,比原纱提高了50%。
Carbon nanotube (CNT) yarns are coated by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution with different con- centrations. The morphology, mechanical property and electrical conductivity of the original CNT yarn and coated yarns are studied. The strain sensing property of original CNT yarn and coated yarns are also investigated through in-situ resistance testing under tensile stretching. The results show that compared with the original CNT yarn, the coated yarn with 5% PVA solution obtains the optimal performance with smoother surface, 30% higher breaking strength, more than twice abrasion time and 50% higher gauge factor.
