摘要 采用活性染料上染柯根纱织物,讨论了染色温度、染色时间和碱剂等对染色效果的影响。结果表明,在采用纺科素AES等染料,染色温度60—75℃,以2—3g/L碳酸氢钠为碱剂的优化染色工艺条件下,染色柯根纱色牢度良好。采用固色剂ECS和交联剂BK8对深色染色柯根纱进行后整理,结果表明,整理后织物的尺寸稳定性好,基本不变色,达到了可手洗的要求。 Reactive dyeing of organza fabric is carried out. The effects of dyeing temperature, dyeing time and alkali agents on dyeing results of organza fabric are studied. The optimal dyeing process is: dyeing at 60-75 ℃with Losartan AES dyes and 2-3 g/L sodium bicarbonate as the alkali agent, then finish- ing with fixing agent ECS and crosslinking agent BK8. The results show that the organza dyeings have good color fastness and dimensional stability which reach the requirement of hand washinq.
