有机硅改性黏合剂在涤纶印花中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用预乳化种子半连续乳液聚合法,制备了八甲基环四硅氧烷改性丙烯酸酯黏合剂HQ,测试了黏合剂HQ的红外光谱、玻璃化温度和热性能;采用分散染料微量印花新工艺,考察了黏合剂HQ和3只市售黏合剂对分散红152、分散黄114和分散蓝79染色织物K/S值、色牢度和手感的影响。结果表明,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯黏合剂乳液具有良好的稳定性和热性能,玻璃化温度约为4℃。与市售黏合剂相比,黏合剂HQ具有更高的表观色深度、皂洗牢度和耐摩擦色牢度,且其印花织物手感柔软。 The polyester printing binder HQ is prepared by modifying polyacrylate with octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) via pre-emutsified and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The FTIR, TG- DTA and DSC of binder HQ are characterized. New micro-polymerization printing of polyester fabric with disperse dyes is carried out. Effects of binder HQ and three commercial binders on the K/S value, color fastness and hand-feel of polyester fabrics dyed with three disperse dyes (C.I. Disperse Red 152, C.I. Disperse Yellow 114, C.I. Disperse Blue 79)are investigated. The results show that the silicone-modified acrylic adhesive has good stability and thermal properties, and its glass transition temperature is about 4 ℃. The printed fabric with binder HQ has deeper color depth, higher color fastnesses to soaping and rubbing, and softer hand compared to those with commercial adhesives.
