针对纯棉类印染企业前处理时,烧碱使用过程中淡碱用量极大,不利于回收和利用,环保压力大的问题,在欧化公司现有的工艺线路基础上,对部分检测、传送设备进行自动化控制,形成一套完整的创新型碱液自动控制系统。该系统能够100%利用淡碱,具有工艺快捷准确,清洁生产和成本低廉的优点。
For cotton dyeing mills, the application of a great amount of light alkali in the pretreatment process, is not conducive to recovery and utilization, and brings environmental pressure. Based on the available processing lines in Euro-America Company, parts of the detection and transmission equipment are controlled automatically to form a complete set of innovative lye automatic control system, therefore, 100% light alkali can be reused. The process has the advantages of fast speed and high accuracy.
