Recent developments in prohibited and restricted textile chemicals(Ⅰ)

当前纺织化学品的安全性问题仍是影响纺织化学品行业和染整行业发展的主要障碍之一。阐述了2015年以来国际市场上禁限用纺织化学品的最新动态,包括欧洲化学管理局的第13批、第14批高度关注物质(SVHC)候选清单,有害化学物质零排放(ZDHC)生产限用物质清单1.1版及化学品管理系统指导手册(纺织、鞋类、皮革),Oeko-Tex Standard 100的2016版内容,美国服装和鞋履协会发布的第16版限制物质清单,以及欧盟发布的2015年有害物质管理标准等。

The safety of textile chemicals is one of the major obstacles to the development of textile chemical industry, as well as the dyeing and finishing industry. The latest progress in the banned and re- stricted chemicals for textiles in the international market since 2.035 has been introduced, including the candidate lists of the substances of very high concern （SVHC） released by European Chemicals Agency in the 13th and 14th versions, the manufacturing restricted substance list（MRSL） version 1.1 released by Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals（ZDHC）Group, the manual of chemical management system （textiles, footwear and leather）, Oeko tex Standard 100 in 2016, the 16th edition of restricted substances list released by American Apparel and Footwear Association, as well as the 2015 hazardous substances management standards released by the European Union.
