四川电网建设运维面临的挑战和解决措施 被引量:19

摘要 由于四川电网特殊的地形地貌,其建设运维面临着各种灾害和风险,包括藏区联网工程谐波过电压风险、其大量输电线路穿越重覆冰区和无人区、特高压输电线路及接地极线路缺陷故障频发、输电线路走廊地质脆弱、滑坡泥石流风险较大等。针对上述问题进行了大量研究并提出了解决措施,包括藏区联网工程谐波过电压风险评估及防控技术研究、覆冰监测预警及防冰保线技术研究、基于高压等电位取能及无线蜂窝网格网络自组网技术的输电线路视频巡检系统在电网"四无"地区的应用、基于地线感应的输电线路在线监测装置取能技术研究、宾金特高压直流工程接地极线路断线故障分析及解决措施、输电走廊滑坡和泥石流监测预警技术研究6个方面。未来将加强电网防灾减灾技术的研发与应用以及特高压交直流输电建设与运维技术研究,打造大电网安全运行技术支撑体系。 Due to the special landform of Sichuan Province of China, various hazards and risks exist in the processes of power grid construction and operation, for instance, harmonic over-voltage risk of Sichuan-Tibet power interconnection project, lots of transmission lines pass through the depopulated zone and serious conductor icing area, defects and faults of UHV transmission lines and electrode lines occur frequently, transmission line corridors are under the condition of fragile geology, and risk of landslide and debris flow is high. To solve the problems above, a large number of researches have been done and solutions have been proposed, such as research on harmonic over-voltage risk assessment and prevention-control technology for Sichuan-Tibet power interconnection project, research on ice coating monitoring and early warning as well as transmission line protection technology, research on transmission line video inspection system which taps electromagnetic power from overhead line and relies on MESH ad-hoc networks technology, research on on-line monitoring device which taps electromagnetic power from overhead ground wires of transmission lines, fault analysis and solution of earth electrode line breakage of Yibin-Jinhua UHV DC transmission project, and research on landslide and debris flow monitoring and early warning technology of transmission corridor. In the future, we should strengthen the research on development and application of disaster prevention and mitigation technology for power grid and the research on construction and operation of UHV DC transmission technology, so as to establish a technical support system for safe operation of power grid.
