温度和溶解氧对X80管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀行为的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用浸泡失重、动电位极化和电化学阻抗等方法研究了温度和溶解氧对X80管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀行为的影响,通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪测试了腐蚀产物的形貌和组成,通过溶解氧测试仪和电导率仪分别测试了不同条件下溶液中氧的含量和电导率。结果表明:温度和溶解氧不能改变X80管线钢表面腐蚀产物膜的组成,但温度由25℃升高到35℃,溶液中溶解氧的含量变化不明显,电导率明显上升,离子运动速度增大,腐蚀速率因而增大;当采用氮气除氧以后,溶解氧含量下降幅度远大于溶液电导率的下降幅度,腐蚀反应速率明显减小,溶解氧成为影响X80管线钢腐蚀速率的主要因素。 The effects of temperature and dissolved oxygen (DO) on the corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in simulated ku'ele soil solution were investigated by immersion mass loss method, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance methods. The morphology and composition of corrosion product were analyzed by scanning electrode microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The dissolved oxygen content was tested using dissolved oxygen meter, and the solution conductivity was estimated in virtue of conductivity meter. The results show that the temperature and DO can not change the corrosion product composition. When the temperature changes from 25℃ to 35℃, the content of dissolved oxygen in the solution changes unobviously, but, the conductivity and ion movement speed rise significantly, thus, the corrosion rate of X80 steel increases. When deoxidizing with W2, the decreased ratio of dissolved oxygen content is far greater than that of conductivity, and the corrosion reaction rate of X80 steel decreases, which can display that the dissolved oxygen is the main factor for affecting the corrosion rate.
