摘要 研究了铬钼铜合金铸铁气缸套在往复式摩擦磨损试验条件下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:载荷对摩擦磨损的影响非常显著,磨损量随载荷的增加以指数形式增长;频率对摩擦磨损有一定影响,磨损量随频率的增加呈线性增长。 The friction and wear properties of Cr-Mo-Cu alloy cast iron cylinder liner under reciprocating friction and wear condition were studied. The results show that the load has great effects on the friction and wear. The wear mass loss increases with the increase of load in the exponential form. The frequency has a certain effect on the fi-iction and wear. The wear mass loss increases with the increase of frequency in linear form.
