摘要
通过LWY400P激光器,采用激光熔覆法在镁合金表面熔覆Ti-C-Al复合陶瓷涂层。原料中钛碳原子比为1:1,铝含量10wt%~40wt%。通过SEM、XRD分析了Al含量对熔覆过程的影响。结果表明,Ti-C-Al体系中Al含量对自蔓延温度、试样微观组织和性能有很大影响。Al的加入大大降低了体系的反应温度,30%的Al含量可使熔覆界面良好、组织致密。
Ti-C-Al composite ceramic coating was prepared by laser cladding on magnesium alloy surface using LWY400P laser. The ratio of titanium and carbon atom in material is 1:1. The aluminum content ranges from 10wt% to 40wt%. The influences of AI content on the laser cladding process were investigated using SEM and XRD. The results indicate that Al content in Ti-C-Al system has remarkable influences on the self-propagating temperature, microstructure and properties of the sample. The addition of Al greatly reduces the reaction temperature of the system. The addition of 30% Al content can make cladding interface better and structure dense.
