连续退火均热工艺对DCR薄板力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过三维取向分布函数(ODF)分析研究了连续退火均热工艺对二次冷轧(DCR)薄板(0.2 mm)及再结晶织构的影响。结果表明:连续退火均热段时间为50s时,均热温度690℃再结晶α纤维织构组分从{001}<110>至{112}<110>的强度比625℃时弱,但α纤维织构{111}<110>及γ纤维织构({111}<uvw>)的强度比625℃时强,相应地,均热温度690℃的试样比625℃时的试样塑性强;当连续退火均热段温度690℃时,均热时间50 s的再结晶α纤维织构与γ纤维织构的强度均明显比70 s时强,而试样抗拉强度、塑性基本不变。这种织构明显变化而力学性能不变的退火工艺为第二次冷轧加工出不同性能的产品提供了可能。 The effects of continuous-aunealing soaking technologies on recrystallization texture of double cold rolling (DCR) thin steel sheet (0.2 ram) were studied by three-dimensional orientation distribution functions (ODF) analysis. The results show that when the continuous-annealing soaking time is 50 s, the intensity of the α-fiber texture component from {001}〈110〉 to {112}〈110〉 at soaking temperature of 690℃ is lower than that of 625℃, but the intensities of the α-fiber texture component of { 111 } 〈 110〉 and ~/-fiber texture component ({ 111 } 〈uvw〉) at 690~C are higher than those of 625℃. Accordingly, the intensity of plasticity of the sample at 690℃is higher than that of 625 *C ; when the continuous-annealing soaking temperature is 690℃, the intensities of the α-fiber and y-fiber texture at 50s are higher than those of 70 s, while the intensities of tensile strength and the plasticity are basically unchanged. The annealing process of obviously changing texture but unchanged mechanical properties provides the possibility for different performance products produced by the second cold rolling process.
