摘要
为了解决工业炉窑在金属热处理加热过程中排放大量污染物的问题,将天然气催化燃烧与炉窑相结合对45钢进行了加热,然后在水中淬火处理。研究了天然气催化燃烧炉窑在污染物排放以及能源利用率方面的特性,并与电阻炉窑加热45钢作了对比实验,分析了45钢淬火后晶粒度与加热温度的关系。结果表明,天然气催化燃烧炉窑是一种节能、环保、高效的工业炉窑,其在加热45钢过程中具有精确的加热温度以及良好的保温效果,使得45钢形成细小均匀的奥氏体晶粒,淬火后获得细小的马氏体组织。天然气催化燃烧炉窑是一种具有推广价值的节能高效、低污染的工业炉窑。
In order to solve the problem of a large number of pollutants discharged by industrial furnaces in the process of metal heat treatment, 45 steel was heated by combining catalytic combustion of natural gas with furnace, and then quenched in water. The characteristics of pollutant discharge and energy utilization of the natural gas catalytic combustion furnace were studied. And it was compared with the electric resistance furnace heating experiment of 45 steel. Relationship between grain size and heating temperature of 45 steel after quenching was analyzed. The results show that the natural gas catalytic combustion furnace is a furnace of energy-saving, environmental protection and high efficiency. It has accurate heating temperature and good thermal insulation effect in the heating process of 45 steel, which causes fine and uniform austenite grain and obtains small martensite microstructure after quenching. The natural gas catalytic combustion furnace is a kind of industrial furnaces of energy-saving, high efficiency and low pollution with the promotion value.
