摘要
利用热处理专业软件DEFORM对20Cr Ni Mo十字轴进行渗碳淬火工艺的数值仿真,分析了渗碳淬火后20Cr Ni Mo十字轴轴颈处的硬度场、组织场以及表层含碳量,并对相应十字轴产品的硬度场和组织场进行试验检测。对比仿真和试验结果发现,硬度场和组织场结果基本吻合,数值模型准确可靠,为后续十字轴渗碳淬火工艺的优化提供了有效方法。
With heat treatment software DEFORM, the finite element model (FEM) of 20CrNiMo cross shaft's carburizing and quenching process was established. The hardness field, microstructure field and carbon content of cross shaft surface after carburizing and quenching were analyzed. The hardness and microstructure of corresponding product were tested by experiment. Comparison of simulation results and test results, it shows that the hardness field and microstructure field results match well. The FEM is reliable, and it provides reference for optimization of cross shaft's carburizing and quenching process.
