摘要
"理论-取向-模式"是探究国外教师专业发展的有效思维之一,理论、取向与模式间的递推式关联决定着国外教师专业发展的内在演绎轨迹。从理论形态来看,建构主义、实用主义与情境主义多元并行,构成了国外教师专业发展的理论图景;从实践取向来看,"理论-实践"的谱系、"团体-个体"的实践取向谱系在教师专业发展理论行动化进程中发挥着媒介功能;从发展模式来看,目标达成、知能转化、文化参与等视野下的教师专业发展模式异彩纷呈,共同主宰着国外教师专业发展的实践领域。
The mode of "idea-orientation-pattern" is one of the effective thoughts for us to explore foreign teacher professional development, and the internal deductive link among theory, orientation and pattern determines inherent path of foreign teacher professional development. In the view of theoretical form, constructivism, pragmatism and situationism side-by-side constitute theoretical picture of foreign teacher professional development. From the prospective of practical orientation, the practice-oriented lineage of" theory into practice" and "group-individual" have the function of medium in the process of operation of theory. From the view of development type, all kinds of development pattern in different views such as achievement of goal, conversion from knowledge to ability and involvement of culture, dominate the practical area of foreign teacher professional development.
