论民国初《藏文白话报》对西藏的政治社会启蒙

Tibetan Vernacular Paper's political and social enlightenment to Tibet of China in the early period of the Republic of China

1912年,中国结束了延续两千年的封建制度,建立了中华民国,国家政治和社会制度发生了巨大转变,开始建构现代国家。针对西藏地方的特殊情况,民国政府蒙藏事务局在北京主办发行了汉藏文对照的《藏文白话报》,这不仅在藏族新闻发展和藏文翻译史上有举足轻重的地位,在开启西藏地方官智民智,维护祖国统一,促进西藏社会发展方面也具有特殊意义。

1912 saw the ending of China＇s 2000- year feudal system and the founding of the Republic of China,which led to great changes in the political and social system,and initiated the construction of modern China. In view of special situations in Tibet of China,the Bureau of Tibetan- Mongolian Affairs of the Republic of China in Beijing edited and issued a Chinese- Tibetan newspaper,Tibetan Vernacular Paper. This newspaper not only occupies a significant position in the history of Tibetan journalism and translation,but also has particular significance to enlightening the Tibetan officials and civilians in Tibet of China,promoting its social development and helping maintain the national unity.
