激光荧光龋齿诊断仪用于牙科充填物检查的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨激光荧光龋齿诊断仪用于牙科充填物检查的可行性。方法:利用视诊、探诊和激光荧光龋齿诊断仪对54颗离体乳牙的牙-充填物边缘共288个位点进行继发龋和边缘缺陷的检查。充填物边缘缺陷指标为边缘缝隙、牙-充填物折裂、解剖外形和边缘着色。以去除充填物后体式显微镜下的视诊和探诊结果作为继发龋诊断金标准。结果:诊断仪诊断继发龋的灵敏度、特异度和ROC曲线下面积分别为0.70、0.73和0.743,视诊为0.60、0.58和0.584。诊断仪测量值与解剖外形和边缘着色正相关,与边缘缝隙和牙-充填物折裂无关。充填物为临床可接受时(无继发龋和缺陷)的测量值为9.4±10.2。结论:激光荧光龋齿诊断仪诊断继发龋优于视诊,测量值与边缘缺陷相关,可用于充填物的辅助检查。
