中药灌肠联合吴茱萸贴敷对盆腔术后超前镇痛的疗效研究

Study for the effect t of Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae on preemptive analgesia after pelvic operation

目的探讨中药保留灌肠联合神阙穴吴茱萸贴敷对盆腔术后超前镇痛的疗效。方法按随机数字法将2015年1-10月在我院妇产科住院患者70例分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组术后予以杜冷丁针镇痛,观察组予以中药保留灌肠联合神阙穴吴茱萸贴敷,必要时使用杜冷丁针镇痛,观察两组患者术后6h、12h、24h及48h的疼痛情况。结果观察组患者在盆腔术后12h疼痛评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05),且杜冷丁使用率也低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠联合神阙穴吴茱萸贴敷对盆腔术后的超前镇痛有一定疗效。

Objective To observe the preemptive analgesia effect of retention enema by Chinese herbs combined with Fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae for patients with pelvic operation. Methods From January 2015 to October 2015, 70 patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 35） and control group （n= 35）. Experimental group patients used retention enema by Chinese herbs with Fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae to preemptive analgesia and Pethidine analgesia when necessary, patients in control group was given Pethidine analgesia after operation. The postoperative pain for the two groups patients measured and compared 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation. Result The pain score at 12h after pelvic surgery for patients in experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. And Demerol usage is lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The use of Pethidine in experimental group was also significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The retention enema by Chinese herbs combined with Fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae have curative effect on preemptive analgesia after pelvic operation.
