Characteristics and treatment of wastewater from coal preparation of ethylene glycol project

概述了目前煤制乙二醇项目的工艺技术路线,分析了草酸酯法煤制乙二醇项目各生产工序废水特点,重点对不同煤气化工艺的废水及酯化工序含盐废水提出了有针对性的预处理思路。在此基础上,制订了煤制乙二醇废水后续生化处理及深度处理方案。

The current technology route of coal preparation of ethylene glycol project is reviewed,and wastewater characteristics are analyzed in the production process of coal preparation of ethylene glycol project by oxalate method.The pretreatment methods are put forward focusing on different coal gasification wastewater and esterification wastewater containing salt.Based on the above,a subsequent biochemical treatment and advanced processing scheme of wastewater from coal preparation of ethylene glycol are formulated.
