摘要
随着人类空间活动的不断扩展,雷达跟踪测量能力不断提高。本文对比了大功率宽脉冲发射机国内外的发展现状。介绍了一种-70 k V/5 MW大功率宽脉冲调制器的设计,给出了系统组成。重点论述了宽脉冲全固态调制器的驱动电路,对常用的光电耦合驱动方式和前后沿定宽驱动方式进行了分析。新设计了高频调制驱动方式,详细阐述了其工作原理、电路拓扑、特点和关键技术,并对这三种驱动方式进行了比较。最后给出了实验波形。大功率宽脉冲调制器性能满足设计指标要求,已成功应用于整机之中。
With the development of human space activities,the radar tracking and measuring capabilities are improved continuously. The progress of the wide pulse transmitter is presented by this paper. The design of-70 k V/5 MW high-power wide pulse modulator is introduced. The system constitution and principium are given. The emphasis is placed on the driving circuit of the wide pulse modulator. The photo-electricity coupling mode and the front-back edge fixed width mode are analyzed. A novel method of high frequency modulate mode is designed. The principle,topology,characteristics and key techniques of the circuit are expounded,and several driving modes are compared. At last,the waveforms of the tests are given. It can be demonstrated that the performances of the high-power wide pulse modulator can meet the requirements,and has been successfully used in the system.
