摘要
用应用型人才的培养理念,衡量目前使用的《管理学原理》教材,发现存在以下一些主要问题:案例选择和实训项目设计欠缺,管理基本技能的培养目标较难实现,教材的难易梯度不明,管理学教材自身逻辑体系比较难把握,教材制定缺少消费者市场分析,更新内容少、内容枯燥无吸引力等,根据学科发展趋势与现实要求,提出了:在管理基本技能培养目标中,以应用型人才培养目标的需要为指导,致力于提高学生实际技能的训练;增强教材原理叙述主线的简洁性与严密性;增强教材的可读性、实用性和配套教材的建设等方面的建议。
Judged by the cultivation concept of applied talents,the currently used textbook Principles of Management is found with the following problems: lack of cases and training project designs,training target of basic management skills difficult to achieve,unclear textbook difficulty gradient,logical system difficult to understand,no consumer market analysis,less content update,less boring content not attractive,and tediousness. This paper,according to the development trend and practical requirements,puts forward: the objectives of basic management skills training need to be guided by applied talents training objectives,which dedicates to enhance the students' practical skills training; to strengthen simplicity and rigor in the description of the principles; to enhance the readability,practicability and the construction of supporting materials.
