摘要 针对劣化状态可检测且性能可靠度受限的单设备生产系统,采用视情维修策略,以检测周期和预防性维修阈值为决策变量,引入性能可靠度约束,以长期平均维修费用率最小为目标建立了随机规划模型。通过数值仿真实验,比较了在无性能可靠度约束和有性能可靠度约束两种情况下,模型中各项参数的变化对优化结果和最优解所对应的性能可靠度的影响。结果表明,维修决策模型中考虑性能可靠度约束是有必要的,而且性能可靠度阈值下界的取值在一定范围内,还可以在保证设备有高性能可靠度的同时,使长期平均维修费用率的增长很小。 For the single-equipment production system with detectable degradation and limited performance reliability,a stochastic programming model based on condition-based maintenance policy was developed,in which the detection period threshold and preventive maintenance threshold were decision variables,performance reliability was the constraint,and the minimizing the long-term average cost rate was the objective function.Through numerical simulation experiments under two conditions,namely with and without performance reliability constraint,the effects of the model's parameter variations under the two conditions on the optimization results and the performance reliability under the optimal solution were compared.The results showed that it was necessary to introduce the constraint of performance reliability to the maintenance decision-making model,and the lower bound of performance reliability threshold within a certain range could guarantee the equipment to have both high performance reliability and a low increase in the long-term average maintenance cost rate.
