The Quantitative Trade-off for the Scheme Selection of Crowd-funding House-building Planning

在尽量满足参筹者购买意愿的前提下探讨众筹筑屋规划方案的设计。以建房数和满意度为指标,建立双目标线性规划方程,并给出以递进规划为特征的数量化权衡方法。针对投资回报率达标的约束条件,构造出从可行域内、外逼近最优解的两种调整算法模型,完善了量化权衡过程。

The paper intends to explore the design of crowd-funding house-building planning scheme under the premise of meeting the purchase intention of the fundraisers. Taking the house number and the degree of satisfaction as an index, the paper establishes the double objective linear programming equation and gives quantitative weighing method characterized by progressive planning. On the condition that the return on investment reaches the standard, the paper has also constructed the two adjustment algorithm models which are approximate optimal solutions from the feasible interior and exterior domain, and perfected the quantitative weighing process.
