摘要
本文通过对医院人才柔性引进的SWOT分析认为,由于新疆社会环境和地理位置的特殊原因,以柔性引才的方式引进高层次人才,即以智力服务为核心,请进来和走出去,能够解决医院实际问题,对促进医院人才培养、提高科研能力和医疗技术水平有重要的意义。
With the SWOT analysis of flexible introduction of hospital personnel,due to the social environment and geographical location of a specific reason,introduction of high- level talents in a flexible manner like as core in intelligence service,can solve the practical problems in hospitals. It is good to promote the cultivation of medical personnel,enhance research capacity and medical technology.
