摘要 目的调查军队医院聘用制医务人员流失现状,分析其原因并提出对策。方法对某军队医院2012—2014年流失的167名聘用制医务人员进行回顾调查,采用卡方检验对调查结果进行分析。结果医疗专业、高学历、低工作年限及初级职称人员流失率高;薪金待遇低是人员流失的主要原因,其次是职业发展受限、职业压力大和学历晋升。结论军队医院聘用制医务人员流失问题日趋严重,需根据其流失原因采取针对性防控对策。 Objective To investigate the brain drain status of employed medical staff in military hospital,the paper analyzed the reasons,and proposed countermeasures. Methods The 167 medical employees who left their job during the year 2012 to 2014 were surveyed in a military hospital by retrospective analysis methods,and the results were analyzed by chi- square test. Results First,the turnover rate is higher in the staff with medical profession,high academic degrees,short work experience and junior professional titles. Second,according to the reasons for departure,low pay and bad welfare are the main reasons,in the meanwhile,little personal development space,high occupational stress and academic promotion are the reasons followed by. Conclusion The brain drain problem of employed medical staff is getting worse in most military hospital,and we should take prevention measures according to the reasons.
