骨科手术患者应用护理工作流程管理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Work Flow Management for Operation Patients in Department of Orthopedics

目的观察分析护理工作流程管理应用于骨科手术患者中的效果。方法将纳入研究的125例于骨科行手术治疗的四肢骨折患者抽签分为观察组(65例)和对照组(60例),对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上加入护理工作流程管理。出院时问卷调查两组患者满意度、护理质量,以及记录并发症、意外事件发生情况锻炼依从性。结果两组患者满意度指标:技术水平、护理态度、护理投诉比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.3897、12.7616、4.1408 P<0.05);护理质量指标:护理落实、基础护理合格、护理无差错比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.2256、9.2593、4.4766 P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率、意外事件发生率及锻炼依从率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.9617、6.2420、6.2043 P<0.05)。结论护理工作流程管理可提高护理质量和患者满意度,且有利于患者术后恢复。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing work flow management for operation patients in Department of orthopedics. Methods 125 cases of patients with limb fractures were included in the study who were treated by surgical treatment in the Department of orthopedics. The patients were divided into observation group（ 65 cases） and control group（ 60 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given nursing work flow management besides routine nursing mode. Before discharging from hospital,patients＇ satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were investigated,and complications,unexpected events,exercise compliance of the two groups was recorded. Results satisfaction index（ technical level and nursing attitudes and complaints） of the two groups is statistical significance（ χ2= 6. 3897,12. 7616,4. 1408,P〈0. 05）; nursing quality indicators（ nursing implementation,qualified basic nursing,nursing error） of the two groups is statistical significance（ χ2= 4. 2256,9. 2593,4. 4766,P〈0. 05）; complication rate,unexpected events rate,exercise compliance rate of the two groups is statistical significance（ χ2= 5. 9617,6. 2420,6. 2043,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing work flow management can improve nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction,and be helpful to postoperative recovery.
