依那普利联合叶酸治疗H型高血压的疗效观察

目的探讨依那普利联合叶酸治疗H型高血压疗效。方法 H型高血压患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予依那普利、叶酸治疗,对照组给予依那普利治疗,两组治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平以及心脑血管疾病的发生率。所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和x2检验。结果两组收缩压、舒张压、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平以及心脑血管病的发生率比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论依那普利联合叶酸治疗H型高血压对收缩压、舒张压、血浆同型半胱氨酸水平及降低心脑血管病的发生率均有较好效果。

Objective To study the enalaprilat combined folic acid H hypertension clinical curative effect.Methods H, 100 cases of hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases each, observation group was given enalaprilat, folic acid treatment, the control group given enalaprilat treatment,two groups before and after treatment of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, plasma homocysteine levels and the incidence of disease of heart head blood-vessel. The data obtained using analysis of variance, t test and x2 test. Results Two groups of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, plasma homocysteine levels and the incidence of cardio- cerebral vascular disease, P〈0.05, there is significant difference. Conclusion Enalaprilat combined folic acid treatment H hypertension of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, plasma homocysteine levels and reduce the incidence of cardio-cerebral vascular disease has good effect.
