短节段脊柱通用系统内固定治疗胸腰椎段骨折的护理

Short Segmental Fixation Treatment Thoracolumbar Spine General System Fracture Care

目的探讨短节段脊柱通用系统通过内固定方式治疗胸腰椎骨折的护理效果。方法胸腰段骨折患者53例,均采用短节段脊柱通用系统通过内固定方式进行治疗,术前给予心理护理、体位护理以及术前准备等,术中配合医生完成手术,术后检测生命体征、体位护理、管理护理、疼痛护理等,观察神经系统功能恢复情况,预防并发症。结果胸腰椎段骨折患者53例患者复位良好,截瘫患者6例中4例恢复至少1级,不全瘫患者26例术后20例能够独自下地行走,所有患者在住院治疗期间均未出现术后并发症。结论短节段脊柱通用系统在腰椎骨折后保留脊柱运动功能效果良好良好围术期护理,不仅可减少患者痛苦,提高生存质量,还能缩短术后康复时间,有利于预后。

Objective To study the internal fixation with short segmental spinal general system by nursing effect for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods 53 patients with thoracic lumbar fractures, with short segmental spinal treatment in the form of general system through the internal fixation of preoperative psychological nursing, body position nursing care and preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperate with doctors to complete the operation, postoperative detection of vital signs, body position nursing care, nursing, pain nursing management, etc., observe the neurological function recovery and prevent complications. Results The patients with fracture of thoracolumbar segment of53 cases with reset is good, in 4 of 6 patients with paraplegia recovery levels of Frankel, at least not panplegia patients,26 cases of postoperative 20 patients can walk alone, all of the patients during hospitalization, no postoperative complications occurred. Conclusions Short segmental spinal system keep spinal movement function after lumbar fracture has the important clinical value, through good perioperative nursing, not only can reduce the patients pain and improve the quality of survival, can shorten the postoperative recovery time, is advantageous to the prognosis.
