腹腔镜诊治新生儿十二指肠梗阻的围手术期护理

Laparoscopic Diagnosis and Neonatal Duodenal Obstruction of Perioperative Care

目的探讨十二指肠梗阻新生儿应用腹腔镜辅助诊断治疗的护理。方法对23例肠梗阻新生儿腹腔镜辅助下行手术探查,其中15例被诊断为十二指肠梗阻。术前做好家长心理护理、完善各项化验检查、术前药物的应用,术后病情观察、专科护理,基础护理加强等。结果确诊为十二指肠闭锁3例,十二指肠狭窄5例,环状胰腺2例,先天性肠旋转不良5例。腹腔镜手术后15例患儿均无并发症。结论腹腔镜诊治新生儿十二指肠梗阻的围手术期优质护理,效果理想,值得推广。

Objective To study the application of laparoscopic assisted duodenal obstruction newborn diagnosis and completed in laparoscopic assisted surgery, laparoscopic treatment of neonatal duodenal obstruction and perioperative care. Methods 23 cases of intestinal obstruction of newborns in laparoscopic assisted total downlink ploration, 15 cases were diagnosed with duodenal obstruction. Do parents psychological nursing, preoperative perfect various laboratory tests,the application of preoperative medication, postoperative observation, nurse, basic nursing to strengthen the close cooperation is to ensure that children and parents the important guarantee of rehabilitation. Results The diagnosis of duodenal atresia（3cases）, duodenal stenosis 5 cases, annular pancreas in 2 cases, congenital intestinal rotation in 5 cases. 15 cases were no complications after laparoscopic surgery and recovered well. Conclusion Laparoscopic newborns of diagnosis and treatment of duodenal obstruction of perioperative nursing quality, ideal effect, is worth promoting.
