乳化剪切作用对菠萝叶纤维在离子液体中溶解的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文以菠萝叶纤维为研究对象,采用真空乳化均质机通过乳化剪切工艺使其在离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯化物([Bmim]Cl)中充分溶解,考察了乳化剪切的速率,剪切次数和菠萝叶纤维的浓度三个因素对菠萝叶纤维木质纤维素各组分含量和结构的影响。证明乳化剪切作用促进了菠萝麻木质纤维素缠结的打散,有利于三种组分的分别溶解,其中受影响最大的是纤维素。并确定最佳的工艺条件为乳化剪切的速率16000 r/min,乳化剪切次数3次,菠萝叶纤维浓度3%。通过红外光谱,扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析进行表征,结果表明,乳化剪切处理并没有改变菠萝叶纤维本身的官能团结构,只是结构变为蓬松的蜂窝状,且结晶度下降。 In this research,the pineapple leaf fiber was dissolved in ionic liquid( 1- butyl- 3- methylimidazolium chloride( [Bmim]Cl)) by emulsifying shearing process.Three different factors including the emulsification of shear rate,the shear frequency,and the concentration of the pineapple leaf fiber were investigated.Through the analysing of the influence of the pineapple leaf fiber lignocellulose component and structure of hemicellulose,cellulose and lignin in different processing conditions,it was proved that the emulsifying shearing action could promote the lignocellulose tangles of pineapple leaf fiber scattered,and pround to the three components dissolved respectively,especially the impact of cellulose.The optimum process conditions were the emulsifying shearing rate16000 r / min,the emulsifying shearing times for 3 times,pineapple leaf fiber concentration 3%.The character of regeneration fiber was measured by fourier transformed infrared spectra( FT- IR),scanning electron microscope( SEM) and X- ray diffraction( XRD),the results showed that emulsifying shearing process did not change the functional structure of the pineapple leaf fiber,only the pineapple leaf fiber become honeycomb,and the crystallinity was decreased.
