摘要
知识产权服务业的发展对我国知识产权战略和创新驱动发展战略的实施具有举足轻重的作用,而知识产权服务业的发展又与其法律环境息息相关。在对我国知识产权服务业发展面临的法律环境及其不足进行梳理和分析的基础上,提出了具体的优化建议,如从制定统一法律规定和专项法律规定,梳理现有规定,制定和完善配套制度,出台国家标准,加强行政监管等角度优化我国知识产权服务业发展的法律环境。
The development of IP services plays an important role for China to implement the IP strategy and the innovation-driven development strategy. The development of IP services is closely related to the legal environment. Based on the review and analysis of present legal environment and problems with China＇s IP services, the paper puts forward specific suggestions, including enacting unified law and special law, improving present regulations, enacting and improving related systems, introducing national standards, and strengthening administrative supervision, etc.. These measures can help to optimize the legal environment of China＇s IP services.
