文冠果种仁油开发和应用的研究进展

Research advance on the development and application of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia bunge seed oil

文冠果种仁油是以文冠果种仁为原料,经过提取加工得到的在许多领域被广泛应用的一类植物油脂。油脂富含多种生物活性物质,性质符合制成生物燃油的标准,近些年来在许多少数民族地区被作为油料树种大量开发种植。本文对文冠果种仁油的提取方法、营养成分、保健功效及其作为生物燃油、食品添加剂、肥皂等产品生产原料的开发与应用方面进行了总结与归纳,并综述了其种植与加工应用过程中存在的问题,弥补了文冠果种仁油研究领域相关油类开发与应用综述的不足,为今后文冠果种仁油在生物能源领域新产品的开发提供参考,为文冠果种仁油在其它生产领域的开拓应用奠定基础,也为提高民族地区经济水平、促进民族地区农业发展做出了一定的贡献。

Xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge seed oil is a kind of plant oil extracted from Xanthoceras sorbifolia seeds.It not only rich in various kinds of bioactive substances,but also has the properties of generating biodiesel.It cultivated as a kind of oil tree in minority areas in recent years.Its nutrients and health functions have been summarized,which also could be used as raw materials of producing biodiesel and food additives even soap.The problems about its processing and planting in practice were also be studied.They all make up the insuffcient of the study about the development and application in Xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge seed oil.It will make a reference for the bio- energy research about Xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge seed oil and make a foundation of applications on Xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge seed oil in other production areas which has also made a certain contribution to improve the economic level and the agricultural development of the minority regions.
