脊柱肿瘤患者围手术期疼痛规划化管理的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Clinical efficacy of formal perioperative pain management in spinal tumor patient and influence on quality of sleep

目的探讨脊柱肿瘤患者围手术期疼痛规划化管理的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2014年4月至2015年4月间行手术治疗的130例脊柱肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。观察组患者给予规划化围术期疼痛管理,对照组患者给予常规围术期疼痛管理,比较两组疼痛管理方式的临床效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。结果两组患者入院4 h内疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术麻醉完全清醒后,观察组患者疼痛VAS评分明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者入院当天的睡眠质量评估结果间无明显差异(P>0.05),手术结束后3 d观察组患者的睡眠质量评估结果明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期疼痛规划化管理可显著减轻脊柱肿瘤患者的疼痛,改善患者的睡眠质量,临床效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of perioperative pain management in spinal tumor patient and influence on quality of sleep. Methods From April 2014 to April 2014 in Cangzhou Central Hospital,130 patients with spinal tumors were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,65 cases in each group. The patients in the experiment group accepted formal perioperative pain management and those in the control group accepted conventional perioperative pain management. The clinical efficacy of pain management style and its influence on patients＇ sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results 4 h after admission,Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS） scores showed no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉1. 05）; When the patient was fully awake after surgery,VAS score in the experiment group was significantly less than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before admission,there was no significant difference on sleep quality between the two groups（ P 〉1. 39）; 3 d after surgery,sleep quality score of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with spinal tumor,formal pain formal management perioperative can significantly reduce the patient＇s pain,improve sleep quality. Its clinical efficacy is remarkable and worthy of popularization and application.
